What is EFT?

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) also known as tapping is a somatic practice that lowers cortisol, calms the nervous system and allows the body to process and release feelings, emotions and memories. We combine tapping on acupressure points on the head, face and upper body with talking about the issue or emotion at hand.

What should I expect during a session?

In a one-to-one session, we will discuss that has lead you to be here today, what feeling or frustration can you no longer sit with. Then you will be guided through an upper body tapping sequence, repeating statements based on the point of pain you’re looking to solve. And we flow from there. It’s a powerful but very gentle technique that taps into the subconscious and helps us break free from our repeated patterns.

Tapping can help an enormous amount of conditions including - Stress, anxiety, fears, phobias, self-doubt, panic attacks, lack of self-love, self-esteem, creative blocks, feeling ‘stuck’.
